                             RESOLUTION NO. 19454
        
              
              
              A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND ASSISTANT 
              CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST, 
              RESPECTIVELY, A PERMIT FOR USE OF STATE DEPARTMENT 
              OF TRANSPORTATION REAL PROPERTY FOR USE IN 
              CONSTRUCTION OF THE RIVERWALK IN PHASE 5 OF THE 
              TENNESSEE RIVERPARK.

        	   BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
        CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Mayor and Assistant City 
        Finance Officer be and are hereby authorized to execute and 
        attest, respectively, a Permit For Use of State Department 
        of Transportation Real Property attached hereto and 
        incorporated herein by reference for construction of the 
        Riverwalk in Phase 5 of the Tennessee Riverpark.
